Avant Technology is currently looking for a Quality Manager
on a full-time position, for our manufacturing facility in Pflugerville, Texas
Role and Purpose within the Organization
Develops and implements the Quality Management System. Acts as the organization’s Quality Management Representative and maintains the structure of the organization’s corporate quality system. Assists all departments, assisting in the independent decisions as to conformance or nonconformance of production-related processes as well as accept/reject decisions associated with materials used in the manufacture of customer products. Responsible for identifying, analyzing and developing improvements in productivity, quality initiatives, and client relationships.
