Avant North America, a leading supplier of computer memory modules, is excited to announce its relocation on January 2010 to a new state-of-the-art production facility in Pflugerville, Texas, tewnty minutes north of Austin. Established in 1985, Avant began as a distributor of computer components and over the past 25 years has been fortunate enough to experience continued growth and success.
Today, Avant North America is part of an in-house domestic manufacturing and global distributing company that produces computer DRAM modules and Flash memory products for the computing, telecommunications and data industries. Thus so, we have now out-grown our current location and are relocating from Austin, TX to the million sq ft industrial office park, Verde Springbrook Corporate Center in Pflugerville, TX.
Our General Manager, Todd Hector states, “With our continued growth, Avant needs additional space for our expanding business. Pflugerville is an ideal location for our future growth, relocating here will not only provide extra production space for Avant, but will also benefit our customers in numerous ways.”
Avant’s new facility features a streamlined building design with 50% more production space and equipment additions. Thus so, we will double our capacity in 2010, enabling Avant to further improve our delivery times, product mix, and cost competitiveness. Located near major roadways, the facility is ideal for shipping and receiving convenience and speedy product delivery.
