  RMA Center  
   
  All product shortages or damaged products must be reported to US Technology - Avant Latin America within 24 hours of receipt. All product returns must have an RMA (return material authorization) number before being shipped to US Technology - Avant Latin America or it will be refused.
   
  THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IS REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE RMA PROCESS: 
   
 

1. Part number of defective product you want to return
2. A copy of the original invoice or packing slip
3. Completed RMA request form with a description of the reason for your return
4. RMA number assigned by US Technology - Avant Latin America

An RMA number is required for all product returns. To receive an RMA number complete the form on link below:
RMA REQUEST FORM.

Once you have completed the form, click on the "submit" button to send it to the RMA department electronically or print it to send the form to us via fax. After your request has been received, we will advise the RMA number assigned to this return. The RMA number is valid for 15 business days from the date it is issued. After 15 business days, a new RMA number must be issued.

Please send a printed copy of the form with the pruduct you are returning to expedite the process.
 

The product being returned must be the US Technology - Avant Latin America product specified on the RMA form and we will not accept any modules damaged beyond repair. Otherwise, the RMA will be void and product will be returned to the customer. Customer will be responsible to pay freight charges (when applicable) for any denied product. Please return parts in their original condition.

A per module fee will be assessed for removal of client stickers, labels,
etc.

 The RMA number must appear on the outside of all shipping containers (or it will be refused).
   Also include your account number and either a packing slip or a copy of the original invoice
.

Please ship the defective product back as directed or it will be refused. Please send the item in static-free packaging and ship it in the manner that you received it. Defective product return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise indicated at the time of RMA issuance. Any unauthorized shipping charges will be billed to the customer. US Technology - Avant Latin America will ship repaired product to customer in the same manner in which it was received, unless otherwise specified by customer.
