  All product shortages or damaged products must be reported to Avant North America within 24 hours of receipt. All product returns must have an RMA number before being shipped to Avant North America or it will be refused. If you did not purchase your product from Avant North America, please contact the reseller or party from whom you directly purchased your product to ascertain their warranty and return policy.
   
  THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IS REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE RMA PROCESS: 
   
 

1. Part number of defective product you want to return
2. A copy of the original invoice or packing slip
3. Completed RMA REQUEST FORM with detailed description of the reason for return (see below)
4. RMA number assigned to your return by Avant North America

An RMA number is required for all product returns. To receive an RMA number complete this
RMA REQUEST FORM.

Once you have completed the form, select the “submit” button to send it electronically or print it to send it via fax to: 512 651 5254. After your request has been received and processed, we will advise an RMA number assigned to your return within two business days. The RMA number is valid for 7 business days from the date issued. After 7 business days, a new RMA number must be issued.

 The assigned RMA number must appear on the outside of all shipping containers (or it will be
   refused). Also include your account number, the RMA form, and either a packing slip or a copy 
   of the original invoice
.

The product being returned must be the Avant North America product specified on the RMA form, otherwise, the RMA will be void and product will be returned to the customer. Customer will be responsible to pay freight charges (when applicable) for any denied product. Please return parts in their original condition.

 A per module fee will be assessed for removal of client stickers, labels, etc.

Please ship the defective product back as directed or it will be refused. Please send the item in static-free packaging and ship it in the manner that you received it. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise indicated at the time of RMA issuance. Any unauthorized shipping charges will be billed to the customer. Avant North America will ship repaired product to customer in the same manner in which it was received, unless otherwise specified by customer.
