  RMA Center  
   
  All product shortages or damaged products must be reported to Avant within 24 hours of receipt. All product returns must have an RMA (return material authorization) number before being shipped to Avant or it will be refused. Please follow the instructions below.
   
  THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IS REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE RMA PROCESS: 
   
 

1. Part number of defective product you want to return
2. A copy of the original invoice or packing slip
3. Detailed description of the reason for return
4. Completed RMA REQUEST FORM (see below)
  

 
 
   
  Return Merchandise Authorization Form 
   
 

An RMA number is required for all product returns. To receive an RMA number complete this
RMA REQUEST FORM.

Please submit the completed RMA form to your sales representative. Once your request is processed, you will receive an RMA number within two business days. The RMA number is valid for seven business days from the date issued. After seven business days, a new RMA number must be issued. A restocking charge may be added.

The product being returned must be the Avant product specified on the RMA form and not damaged beyond repair. Otherwise, the RMA will be void and product will be returned. You will be responsible for payment (if any) of denied product. Please return parts in their original condition. A per module fee will be assessed for removal of client stickers, labels, etc.

 The RMA number must appear on the outside of all shipping containers (or it will be refused). 
   Also include your account number and either a packing slip or a copy of the original invoice
.

Please ship the defective product back as directed or it will be refused. Please send the item in static-free packing and ship it in the manner that you received it. Defective product return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise indicated at the time of RMA issuance. Any unauthorized shipping charges will be billed to the customer. Avant will ship repaired product to customer in the same manner in which it was received, unless specified by customer.
